Yes! We run a range of children’s workshops, and each one clearly shows the recommended age range, so you’ll always know which sessions are the best fit for your child. 💫
If you don’t see something for your child’s age group, please feel free to send me an email—I’d love to suggest an alternative or even look at creating a workshop tailored to their age! 🌟

Absolutely!

Unfortunately, no — everyone attending a workshop will need their own ticket, as our studio space has limited capacity. 💜 But you’re more than welcome to snap lots of photos during the session to share with family and friends! 📸✨

🌸 Refund & Cancellation Policy
We have a no-refunds policy for change of mind or circumstances beyond our control. That said, we know that life happens, so we’ve created the following options to help where we can:
✅ Full Refund (21 Business Days’ Notice)
If you email us 21 business days or more before your workshop or event, we’ll happily issue you a full refund.
🔄 Credit Note or Refund via Waitlist (14 Business Days’ Notice)
If you contact us 14 business days before:
We may be able to resell your ticket to someone on our waitlist (only if the event is sold out).
If your ticket is successfully resold, you’ll receive a full refund.
We’ll let you know at least 48 hours before the event if your ticket has sold.
If your ticket is not resold, we’ll issue you a credit note instead.
❌ No Refunds (Less than 14 Business Days’ Notice)
If you cancel with less than 14 business days’ notice, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund or credit, as supplies and preparation have already been made.
✨ However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Just email us their details at least 48 hours before the event, and we’ll update the booking.
⚠️ Please note: Tickets may not be resold through Facebook or other resellers. All transfers, credits, and refunds must be arranged directly through Pink Dinosaur Creative Studio.

👋 Child Drop-Off Policy
To help make our workshops run smoothly and keep the studio space comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask parents to drop off their children (aged 7 years and older, who do not require additional support) or alternatively wait outside the studio while the session is in progress.
Our studio is small, and having extra adults inside during workshops can make the space feel crowded and distracting for the children. This policy helps us create a calm, focused, and enjoyable environment for learning and creativity.
For children over the age of 7 years old and who may need extra support, we completely understand if a parent or support person needs to stay—please let us know in advance so we can make sure everyone feels comfortable.
Parents are warmly welcome to wait in the outdoor seating area nearby until the workshop finishes.
We’ll ensure all children are safely supervised during the session and ready for pick-up right afterwards. Most children are excited to share what they have created, and we encourage you to join in their excitement after the workshop has finished.
You may “kiss and drive” from Helena Street right in front of the studio – please ensure you see your child enter the doorway. Alternatively, you may like to walk your child to the front doorway.
Please ensure your child arrives no more then 5 mins prior to session commencement.
Thank you so much for your understanding—it really helps us make the workshop experience fun and engaging for your child!

We want everyone to feel comfortable here. Our studio is on flat ground and has a wide front door, making it easy for anyone using a wheelchair to come in and feel at home.
🚻 Toilets
The toilets aren’t inside the studio, but they’re very close by and easy to get to. A key will be provided whenever needed.
For kids: During workshops, children will take a buddy (another child) with them if they need the toilet, as I can’t leave the group unattended to go with them myself.
For adults: If you’d like someone to accompany you, just let me know before the workshop and I’ll happily arrange this.
🚗 Parking
There’s plenty of parking available nearby, though some spots may be up to a 5-minute walk away. The studio entrance is on Helena Street.
👩👧 Child Drop-Off & Waiting Area
To help keep our little studio from feeling too crowded, we encourage parents to drop off children aged 7 and older who are comfortable attending on their own.
If you’d like to wait, you’re warmly welcome to use the outdoor seating just outside the studio while your child enjoys the workshop.
You’ll also find more details about this in the Child Drop-Off Policy section of our FAQs.
